Gary Luhowy B.Sc., M.B.A., LL.B.

Mr. Luhowy has practised Law in Ontario since 1978 except for a period of working with industry and real estate brokerages.

He obtained his LL.B. (Canadian Law Degree) from the University of Windsor, in 1976 and his M.B.A. (in Finance and Urban Land Economics) from the University of British Columbia in 1973 after attending Queens University's M. Sc. program (in Physical Chemistry) and McMaster University's B.Sc. program (in Chemistry and Mathematics).

His decades of legal and practical experience allow him to draw on a wealth of knowledge.

His simple philosophy is that he has three main duties to his clients:
- Protect his client's current and future legal interests using all reasonable methods available;
- Look for all alternative ways to solve his client's legal concerns;
- Do so fairly, honestly and with complete integrity

In addition to practising law, Mr. Luhowy has taught extensively including law and business courses in C.G.A., C.I.M., R.I.A., A.M.C.T., C.M.O., O.R.E.A. and A.A.C.I. programs, as well as courses at Ontario Hydro, Georgian College and other bodies and educational institutions.

Mr. Luhowy has handled thousands of commercial and residential real estate transactions (purchases, sales, mortgages, and leases), and has many years experience in planning, immigration, corporations and litigation.

Mr. Luhowy's free time is spent with Shirley, his children, his grandchildren and his pets, as well as volunteering for political, charitable, and environmental interests.

Jordan Green Esq., B.A., LL.B., J.D.

Mr. Green is licensed to practise law in the Province of Ontario, and the State of New York.

He obtained his LL.B. (Canadian Law Degree) from the University of Windsor.  His J.D. (U.S. Law Degree) Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy.  His Honours Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario.

His two law degrees have provided him a sharpened set of skills to approach legal problems from multiple angles and perspectives. He prides himself on providing straightforward advice.

While in school Mr. Green finished first in his class in trial advocacy, he was also awarded various prestigious awards for his academic standing, in a number of areas of law.  He also worked on updating the preeminent textbook on Canadian Corporate Law.

Mr. Green previously worked in New York City as part of a team on billion dollar cases. He now uses his education, training and past experiences, to help individuals achieve their dreams. Whether it be immigrating to Canada, buying a house, setting up a corporation, or helping through difficult and often stressful litigation; he prides himself on being a caring lawyer who provides practical legal advice to his clients.

When not working in the office Mr. Green’s other passions include cooking, working on his golf swing, politics, and spending time with his family.
